Belgian utility builder Willy Naessens recently completed the complex housing Drive in Units Berkel. After 10 months of intensive construction, the 4-story complex has been completed. It is now Teunissen + Berendse Vastgoed Projecten bv's turn to create the now 42 sold business units on the first floor. The remaining floor space on the upper floors will house a new branch of Drive in Units Berkel. Here, storage and workspace can be rented with very flexible (terminable per 2 months) rental contracts. Each unit is accessible by (company) car. With 6 meter wide lanes and a height of 2.7 meters, the complex is very spacious, the first units for rent will be available mid-April 2025.

One branch will be located in the Westland region (De Lier) and one in the Oostland region (Berkel en Rodenrijs). De Lier will accommodate approximately 60 units. Approximately 250 units will be created in Berkel. By mid-April 2025, the first renters will be able to occupy the units in Berkel. The Lier renters will have to wait until the end of 2025.
