Completion of carcass Drive in Units Berkel

Belgian utility builder Willy Naessens recently completed the complex housing Drive in Units Berkel. After 10 months of intensive construction, the 4-story complex has been completed. It is now Teunissen + Berendse Vastgoed Projecten bv's turn to create the now 42 sold business units on the first floor.
The remaining floor space on the upper floors will house a new branch of Drive in Units Berkel. Here, storage and workspace can be rented with very flexible (terminable per 2 months) rental contracts. Each unit is accessible by (company) car. With 6 meter wide lanes and a height of 2.7 meters, the complex is very spacious, the first units for rent will be available mid-April 2025.
